Well, if the so-called "Interest of the Stronger" is protecting the Weaker against the World Enemy (e.g. terrorists, illegal music downloaders, spammers, themselves) then how can the Weaker complain if they have to give up only a bunch of rights they probably weren't exercising in the first place?
